All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in Reading, UK. For orders within the UK, we use Royal Mail as our standard shipping provider. For international orders, we partner with Royal Mail, Hermes, or DHL, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the local postal service in your country. Delivery times may also be extended during busy periods, such as sales or the holiday season (November/December).

- UK Delivery: Standard delivery is free, and orders typically arrive within 2-4 days.
- International Delivery: Delivery times vary based on the destination country.
