Common questions
When and how do I get paid?⌄
Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's confirmed sales. We pay via PayPal or bank transfer. Minimum payout threshold is £30.
What if a customer returns their order?⌄
Commission is only paid on confirmed, non-returned orders. If a customer returns within 30 days, that commission will be deducted from your next payout.
Do I need a large following to apply?⌄
Not at all. We care more about content quality and audience fit than follower counts. Bloggers, micro-influencers, and niche creators are all welcome.
Can I use my link for paid ads?⌄
Paid search ads using Louluu's brand name or product terms are not permitted. All other paid formats are fine — reach out if unsure.
